WELCOME TO Coffee Scented Candles WHOLESALE
Here is how the system works:
1. Your 1st order is a minimum of $250.00 and $200.00 thereafter.
2.Any order under $200.00 will be charged an under order fee of $20.00.
3.You must have a Paypal account. (We will explain later)
4.All orders take 2-3 weeks to get from the manufacture, we will not sell you part of our inventory so please make sure to order enough supply.
5.There an application the must be filled out and either mail or fax to us before you can place any order and it is located here Wholesale Application
6.All orders must be paid for in advance.
7.If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday it will not be placed until the following Monday, we do not work on Saturday, Sundays, the day before and the day after every Holiday.
8.You can call and leave a message 24 hours of the day at 877-621-5469.
9.We are constantly adding and removing things from the web site so if you order something and it has been discontinued we will let you know.
When placing your order each case comes 6 to a case so when placing your order you must put 6 in the quantity, this will also give us an idea of your shipping cost.
CANDLES:
Most of all of the coffee scented candles only come in 3 scents and you cannot chose the scent, you will receive
EX: coffee cup shaped candle, you will receive 2 Cafe Mocha, 2 Hazelnut, 2 French Vanilla.
Some of the candles only come in one scent and it will be listed in description of the candle.
PLACING YOUR ORDER:
Place your order for your candles that you want to purchase, when you get to the payment area section choose wholesale/barter, this will send both of us a copy of what you are ordering. Once we receive your order, we will calculate your pricing and send you an invoice through Paypal. Because we do not get all of our candles from the same supplier, prices vary.
You will be put on an update list for new and removed products.

to get one before placing your order. We will not be taking checks at this time, but when we do, checks take 3 weeks to clear, NO EXCEPTION!!!!!!!!!! That means that it will take your candles 30 days or more for you to receive them.
